Arbuckle Online HIGH-SPEED Installation Instructions

1.    Call Arbuckle Communications, Inc. at (580)226-1234 or 1-800-259-5959 to have Slipstream Accelerator added onto your Arbuckle Online account. 

2.  Log onto Internet and go to http://www.arbuckleonline.com

3.    Depending on the type of Operating System your computer uses, from the website choose to download either the Windows version or the Macintosh version by clicking on the appropriate icon.

3.     Select SAVE from the menu selection screen.

4.     Choose to save program to the C:/

5.   Once download is complete select OPEN from the menu screen.

6.  The Slipstream Accelerator Installation Menu should then appear.  Select NEXT to begin the installation.

7.     After reading and agreeing to the End-User License Agreement, click on the acknowledgement box and select NEXT from the setup menu.

8.     Select NEXT from the destination location menu.

9.     Select FINISH after Slipstream Accelerator has been installed.

10.     The computer should then ask you to key in your appropriate username and password. (This will be you logon username with the addition of ss- before the username.  Ex: ss-username, password). Remember that this will not change you username and password for the initial connection.

11.     Once you have entered the username and password select OK.

12. An Icon should then appear at the bottom right-hand corner of your desktop.
